Japanese teenage boybands - a new blast in Asia!

I hear about the Kawaii culture the what was particular interesting is the Japanese boybands. From those tiny pieces that I heard, I thought it was not that bad at all. I'm not sure of any names because I know so little about Japan.

Any one else who know what I'm talking about? Some links would be appreciated!

Not really that sure what you're on about in terms of 'boy bands'... Do you mean like Nsync or groups with guitars....

Personally its something Id like to get into a little more as well though havnt had chance to do anyt propper investigation yet.... But the band Guitar Wolf seem to be talked about alot.... I think they're an odd cross between Bonjovi and the british band 'Supergrass' in that they play slightly comic rock music as well as normal rock. Thgeyve also stared in zombie movie but I cant remember its name (but it came in the zombie top 20 in british DVD mag recently)...

Hope this helps...
