Don't think tatysite is meant to be another tatugirls forum or anything official. So thats ok. And wouldn't say a non moving avatar is censorship at all.. and new one looks cute so shouldn't be a problem

When all comes down to it the avatar rules were accepted when joining.

Would insert a musing but don't really know what it should be..
