Try this then:
Reinstalling from the INF files. Click Start/Run/Type the following command: rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\inf\ie.inf |

I downloaded it too.. and am actually using it.
Comparing with Winamp (=Love), it's freaking ugly but my computer was lagging when using winamp and stuff so... I feel less paranoid with this one (I still get nervous when I'm about to load a page though  )I can't find the volume control either! Luckily you can change the volume on my headphones.. but still!
