You can do this yourself. Get Firefox and the add-on Easy YouTube Video Downloader (see http://www.free-video-downloader.com/ for information). This lets you download the video as mp4. Then get Mediacoder (http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/download.htm) and use that to transcode the mp4 to mp3. It's all free and means you don't have to rely on others.

Edit: I can't access the first one from my location, and for some reason I can only download the second as flv, but I have converted it to mp3 and you can get it from http://www.mediafire.com/?wlhuxkyzwud
