My god. This song is ancient. On the day i recorded this the heating in the studio had gone and i was FREEZING! My guitar playing was canny bad due to blue hands!

Nono, it was fun! Finally a conversation on MSN! Hehe. And I was drunk as well I'll have you know. Rum n' Coke awesomeness, with a little treat of White Russians I must admit I repeated it last night. I ate x-mas food for dinner, starting x-mas early, then after half an hour or so I went for a walk out in the frosty evening and smoke a cigar. I walked down to a store further down of here and bought some coke zero. When I was home I had finished the cigar and went into the warmth and drank half a bottle of rum with coke. It was fantastic! Wednesday decadence I want to have another cigar today, although I'll chill with the alcohol. Hehe.

This week has been canny blah since my hangover. I've taken up learning Poi with Adam. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZ5UXFRWGeQ Without the fire of course. I'm a very slow learner but Adam's doing really well thus far. I'm jealous.
I've also been kicking major backside on Unreal Tournament III on the PS3. The world will fear me!
This weekend i will hopefully have more alcohol. I cannot wait. I think it's going to be a Vodka weekend and with Vodka i know that i'm going to be totally mortal!
The EP has gone down ok which is good especially Open Sky which has been surprising.

I have been involved in a debate regarding the Loudness War.
This is were albums are mixed/mastered by "increasing levels of loudness and reduced dynamic range."
Thus the final product suffers with a bad sound with tracks often clipping. I have decided to go back over all the tracks for "Dark City" and remaster them to a better standard in order to not become a culprit of this terrible music phenomenon.
I want the tracks to shine and not have the irritating fuzz sound over the top of the track like on badly mastered Loudness War culprits. If you would like more information on the Loudness War please check out Wikipedia by following this Link - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loudness_war
All the songs are thus being remastered. Over the past 2 weeks i've mixed them and now a friend is remastering them. I'm looking forward to hearing the finished product!

I like Dark City as a whole,it sounds like the waste management interlude tracks.Drums made a good combination with electronic tracks Your voice is sweet on Open Sky I would like to hear your voice in one of electronic tracks in future.Well Done!

The drum machine is finally worth its mettle. Some of the other tracks that are going to be on the album are heavily drum synthesized. The album flows perfectly me thinks. It's currently being mastered and mixed (Equalisation is of major importance) and is sounding great. No clipping of tracks, no fuzzing. I underestimated the importance of a decent mastering session. It's time consuming but soooo worth it! Vocals are going to be added, i swear!
Open Sky - I was extremely cold when i recorded that song. The heating in the studio had gone but i was adamant that i wanted to finish the track. I have a few other demos from that time that i cringe at as they are so twee, naive and coy.

I am happy to announce the digital release of my new E.P. "In Dreams."

"In Dreams" is a track on the soon to be released "Dark City" album.

The E.P. also contains a track from the "Alone In The Dark" album called "Sphere," a B-side called "Tenebrae (Vox Version)" and a previously unreleased acoustic demo from the "Book of Shadows" session called "Nothing Here But Me."
