Robbie Williams' new album - Intensive Care - which I adore. His best album to date, imo. I love his tender voice in "Please Don't Die" and "King of Bloke and Bird" and his wittiness in "Your Gay Friend". One of my biggest dreams is to see him live. I've seen some of his concerts on tv and man, does he entertain or what!

Coldplay's X & Y. I listened to this album a couple of months ago and didn't think much of it. In fact, I had listened to the previous 2 albums and thought only the singles plus 1 or 2 tracks were good. And I thought the same of this one, yet only "Speed of Sound" had been released back then, which I found inferior to their previous singles, but overall an ok song. Then I happened to see the vid for "Fix You" and I was like: "Hmm, how come I haven't noticed this great song when I listened to the album?". And I gave "X & Y" another go. And I swear I fell in love with it the second time around!

James Blunt: Back to Bedlam. At first I thought only half of the 10 tracks were ok, but after a while I saw brilliancy in all of them. I love his voice and "Goodbye My Lover" might very well be one of the greatest songs ever written.

KillaQueen, I was downloading the Intensive Care album but it got stuffed up on 53%...then I deleted it, lol. I didn't really like Coldplay's new album. The only songs I liked were 'Square One' and 'Talk'.

zelda05, I think it's a Russian group...never heard their songs though.

zelda05, from what I've read online, opinions are quite divided when it comes to "Intensive Care". People consider his new songs inferior now that Guy Chambers left the scene. I myself wouldn't call it a matter of "inferiority". The songs still have that Robbie-feeling, but you can sense that they are a bit different than his previous ones, in that they "give away" the fact that he's more laid back and has more self-confidence. All in all, this is a solid and mature record which, by the end of the 12th track, gives you the feeling of having completed a whole experience. The only track that I couldn't quite place on the album was "A Place to Crash", but it's growing on me.

taty994945, try downloading it again I have also downloaded it at first and then purchased it. I really didn't want to download, but I was SO looking forward to it and when it leaked on the Internet a week before its release, I gave into the temptation haha.

And I really understand you about Coldplay's new album. I'm surprised myself that I've come to love it, just like that - suddenly lol.
