I *swear* I didn't forget about this story!
My boss had a brief moment of kindness and gave me four days off in a row, so I took a bit of a vacation from *everything*. Yes, I love writing, but I needed a break from even that. Here is something funny. Barb went by my job to pick up a few things. She saw my boss, and thanked her for giving me my days off. My boss said, "I could tell she needed them. I was afraid that she'd beat the hell out of one of the customers if I didn't give her some time off. And she's earned it anyway." LOL! I had no idea that my being stressed out was so obvious. Anyhow, if I get a chance to, I will do some writing tonight. Probably on this fic, since it's the one I updated last. Parrish |
