verdict ?
Sonix,
you've read the responses in this threat, and it is obvious, you don't have to leave according to them. It is just so that we would appreciate it when you and people like you will not: 1. use offencive avatars 2. use offencive phraces and wil do: 1. keep in mind that we are all from different ethnicities 2. keep in mind that your home is not a model for the rest of the world so don't generalize us. 3. know that your oppinion will be respected by us as long as you respect ours 4. think twice before you post or reply this is what i've distilled out of this threat......... oh and yes i hope too that kate wil give a small reply but will not ask her to be a judge and raise a verdict..... |

Well, let me raise this question - do you think I would've left if you people had told me to? I don't think so...

Silenced
We would never ask you to leave. Your opinions are as valid as any other. However, in this case, the majority simply ruled out your opinion in this matter.
We're not asking you to not be a "Nazi", just to be considerate that others probably wouldn't appreciate it so much. Anyway, as far as katbeidar goes, I'm her voice here now. So :P ~Echo. |

Well, your impersonation is crappy - I think you're a much nicer person than katbeidar.
Considerate so that they might appreciate what? My political alignment? lol |

Considerate so that no one would feel offended by your political alignment. Nazism borders on, if not IS, racism. As such, it doesn't sit so well with all us ethnic folk. :P
I'm either nicer. Or just that much more tactful. Harhar. Har. *Cough.* ~Echo. |

Or more witty...
Well, Nazism is actually just the very fierce desire to create an unspoiled and very pure race by elimanating all foreign racial aspects, using any and all means possible. It's like Martin Luther King (or some other Yank) said: "I have a dream!" |

Mm-hmm, "very fierce desire to create an unspoiled and very pure race by elimanating all foreign racial aspects, using any and all means possible". Which is a form of racism. Because we are to understand that you find your race to be far superior to ours. And that would qualify as arrogant, and again, insulting.
Honestly, who are you to be able to judge what race is better than another? If you were omnipotent, I'd probably give you much more heed, but even then, if you were omnipotent and biased, well... It would lead nowhere. Lol. As it is, I'm fairly sure you aren't all-knowing, and as such, though I accept your view on the world and on races in general, I don't have to agree with it, and I can't just allow you to go around insisting it on other people whom do not agree with you either. ^_^'' And Martin Luther King was fantabulous. I'm witty? Nah. I'm clueless, while projecting an imaginary cleverness. ~Echo. |

OK, well, before I ruin everything I've worked so hard at building up here, I'll stop.
And if anybody ever asks, it's because I didn't want to make Echoed unhappy. There, everybody happy now? |

Thank you. It's appreciated. (And I'm flattered. :P)
I assume this will be the closing of this thread. (Now, I just have to figure out how to do that. o_O ...I did say that I was clueless.) ~Echo. |

Or I could use it as an excuse to post meaningless messages to get to talk to you... |

You are one funky feller, if I do say so myself. (90! Whee!)
*Cough.* Well, if we were to leave it open as a "chat thread", we'd probably still be discussing something. Because we have more time in between responses to... think? And, uh, there are chat programs for chatting? I've utterly forgotten what the point of my post was. Crap. *Checks her hair.* Maybe I am turning blonde. (No offence to blond people. One of the smartest people I know is blonde. :P But just for the sake of stereotyping. Mahahaha. *Cough.*) Technically, you aren't really talking to me. Because if you were, you'd be on the phone wasting a whole crapload of money to make a long-distance call. (Har, har. I'm so funny. ...NOT.) ~Echo. |

Well, I have a very specially agreement with the local telephone company - from Friday 19:00 'till Monday morning 07:00, I can be online as long as I like, and it will not cost me more than R7 (less than $1) So, no, I'm not wasting money... espcially not if I'm talking to you!
Hmm, this is getting kinda funky... FUNKY MONKEY! |

You mean typing to me. *Laughs!* Well, it could technically be termed as cybernetically talking. o_O Somethin' of the sort.
Less than 1$?! That's crazy. But cool. Crazy cool. (Sexy.) ...If you didn't get that pun, it's understandable. :P Not everyone knows TLC. (And NO. Not The Learning Channel.) Um... Witty Kitty? |

Another reason to leave cold Canada and come to my lovely, warm climate! We have things called 'beaches', with lots of warm white sand, and salty water, and lots of nice people on them. It's just the life! No cold, snowy stuff - heat, lovely heat!
Witty Kitty? Who's that? A friend of Funky Monkey? lol |

*Laughs!* Nah. I love Canada. Despite the freezing temperatures. (Feels like Siberia. Although, I've never really BEEN to Siberia, and I'm probably exaggerating subsequently.)
Although, the beach does sound fantastic. Lol. Of course, I need me some snowball fights, yo. Thems are the bomb. Yeah! Witty Kittie and Funky Monkey. (I think I'm obsessive-compulsive when it comes to structure. Notice how I've changed "Kitty". Because. Yeah. You know. It's not "y", "y". But "y", "ie". And "y", "ey". I swear, I make no sense at all sometimes, i.e. all the time.) ~Echo. |

Echoed, I've lived in Montreal for a while, and I've also BEEN to Syberia , so- no exageration here: practicly the same winter. Not at all like here, in Vancouver- we have +6+8 degrees all though the winter, and this one was quite a sunny one too.
As for a subject of "different races"- I have actually something to say here. Why is it that being proud of your NATIONALITY (Oh, I AM FRENCH/ITALIAN/GERMAN/WHATEVER) considered to be normal, and even good, however whenever it comes to the RACE being proud of BEING WHITE is almost a crime? Let us not forget, that being proud of your own ethnicity doesn't necessarily means think less of other peoples ethnicities, AND in any case- who created European civilization as we know it today? |

Ah. But I never said that it was not good to be proud that you are "white". I did specify that Nazism implied that you thought other races were inferior. *Laughs.* Otherwise, I say be proud of who you are. Of course, you don't have to step on people's feet to achieve such a thing. ^_^
Well, at least now I know that I'm not crazy in thinking that we're a frozen icy landscape during the winter. Lol. We get frostbite warnings. How funky is that? ~Echo. |

lol, That's weird... Here in Arizona, it's a nice 85 degrees Farenheight, I dunno what that is Celsius, but it's awesome weather!
We could only dream of it being colder than 70, never mind snow! lol |

Gods! Today the temperature was at 43 C - do any of you people even have a remote idea how damn HOT that is?! It's almost 20:00 here, and I'm still sweating like a pig! Damn, I hate this! Can't winter just arrive?
We also get funky warnings like that - ours are just to warn people that "...today is a particluarly warm day, so wear that sunscreen and stay away from dry, bushy areas..." Imagine! Veldfire warnings! Hah! Didn't have to wait 'till weekend to log on again - How's it going in the Frozen North, Echoed? |
