OMG, all of those characteristics are so spot-on! Except that I forgive people pretty easily, but I remember their mistakes. This is a fun thread. |

Cedar Tree (Confidence) -- of rare strength, knows how to adapt, likes
unexpected presents, of good health, not in the least shy, tends to look down on others, self-confident, a great speaker, determined, often impatient, likes to impress others, has many talents, industrious, healthy optimism, waits for the one true love, able to make quick decisions. This is soooooo far off base I don't even know where to start! Anyone who knows me will tell you I have zero confidence. I do not know how to adapt - change freaks me the hell out! I'm not "of good health" at all. I'm not determined - I tend to completely give up at the very first sight of an obstacle. I have yet to find my "talent". I'm of the opinion that optimism is for self-deluded losers. Any quick decisions I do make turn out to be the wrong ones. And I gave up on "the one true love" years ago! Trees! What hell do they know?! |

On the second thought, these descriptions could fit virtually anyone. Check it out: choose someone else's tree, and read the characteristics - you'll find that you fit most of them, too. Hmmmm.

Hmmmmm. After reading them all I'd say I was a combination of Poplar and Walnut.
From the former: not very self-confident, extremely courageous if necessary, needs goodwill and pleasant surroundings, very choosy, often lonely, great animosity, great artistic nature, good organizer, tends to lean toward philosophy, reliable in any situation, takes partnership seriously And from the latter: strange and full of contrasts, often egotistic, aggressive, noble, unexpected reactions, spontaneous, no flexibility, not always liked..., very jealous and passionate, no compromise. This is boring. The only reason I'm here right now is because my father is watching golf in my room and he's refusing to leave! |

Nope thats not me. However i was meant to be born in September and the pine tree sounds more like me. Pine Tree (Peacemaker) -- loves agreeable company, craves peace and harmony, loves to help others, active imagination, likes to write poetry, not fashion conscious, great compassion, friendly to all, falls strongly in love but will leave if betrayed or lied to, emotionally soft, low self esteem, needs affection and reassurance. ...except the poetry bit. |

Lime Tree (Doubt) - intelligent, hard working, accepts what life dishes
out, but not before trying to change bad circumstances into good ones, hates fighting and stress, enjoys getaway vacations, may appear tough, but is actually soft and relenting, always willing to make sacrifices for family and friends, has many talents but not always enough time to use them, can become a complainer, great leadership qualities, is jealous at times but extremely loyal. A few problems: appear tough and jealous. I don't really think I have leadership qualities either. Don't know if time is to blame for the "many talents" - could be I just have a few instead I can become a bit of a complainer though. Some times it's the only thing that works. Who doesn't like getaway vacations? Oh well.. I'm a lime tree.. does that mean I flush relatives down the drain when the toiletfreshener is installed? |

True, very true! I do appear 'tough' and that's why some people don't even approach me, and then when they do get to know me and see how laid-back and humorous I am, they say stuff like "Oh, I thought you were really mean and arrogant", etc Jealous... very. Unfortunately, because that's not a good thing. But I'm very jealous. Leadership? Hell yeah, I wanna have my own production company, create new concepts and products and lead everyone Complainer? It depends. I complain more about my professional side than personal side, and that's probably how it will be in the future. Because I know I can change everything in my private life if I want to, but the professional part is not so much in my hands - for now. One thing that is very accurate is trying to turn a problem into something good, I do that a lot. While people I know just have a problem or something bad happens to them and they accept it, I try everything - even if it might be considered a waste of time - to manipulate things so they can benefit me or others. Sacrifices for family and friends? Unfortunately, YES Except when it's stuff I know they can deal with, if that's the case they can forget it! Cool thing. But what this have to do with trees? This seems to come out of an astrological profile, and they just changed the astrological sign into a tree |
