Well, I read somewhere that there are two ways to tell if a person is good kisser...that relates to the topic, right?
Anyhoo, for non-smokers:
You can tell that a person is a good kisser if he/she wipes their mouths constantly with a napkin while eating. The dirtier the napkin, the better the kisser.
It is pretty simple for smokers:
If they roll up their own cigarettes.
Do joints count?
