Get SonyEricsson, they rock.. I have the w800i - the orange one w/ 2.0 megapixel camera, mp3 player/walkman, 512mb memorystick (should be included, and is upgradable to 1 or 2gb), etc etc. - i love it, although I can't wait to get a new phone, but that's just because I want more options and stuff on my phone
The new cybershot phone is awesome too
