I haven't seen the video of the interview yet, but I don't really understand that paragraph about Yulia's betrayal...
EDIT: I’ve just watched the interview and it’s not explicitly said, but it’s inferred at the end of it, when the psychologist and Lena meet, as the former states “Now I know who your ‘girl friend’ was” and Lena laughs (you can conclude it’s Yulia, since we could all agree the psychologist doesn’t know all Lena’s female friends and therefore it should be someone known by general public). Well, at least she said she forgave her a long time ago
