I don’t know why you posted that as off topic. I think the high number of views can be explained by a number of factors:
15 tatu fans refreshing youtube for 72 hours straight.
A fair number of people giving it a glance out of curiosity.
Another large number making vodka fuelled errors and clicking the wring link.

Maybe not success, but I think a better way to grasp the full magnitude of Yulia’s popularity is to check the views of the fan filmed vids from the Brazil concerts, e.g.
