I saw all of them as weak average, none of them doing better than the other. In one case pure luck (Finland), the other one had the better lobby (Israel). For some countries 'expert' juries are a blessing.
About Turkey's entry. It was one of the better 3-4 of an overall weak semifinal, but not outstanding. Winners look different...
