I don't remember ever crying reading a story... but I couldn't resist the tears when I read this one. The feelings are so well described. This is a great piece of work.

anyway, on a more serious note: THANK YOU for your words, everyone! but let's not forget to thank also Ripp and the lovely Editor - they rock!!! and about me writing more... well, i have another project for a fic (NO, not zombies ) but i am not sure it's a good one yet. i've reached a deadlock and i don't know how to get out... yet. i need INSPIRATION...rh2k: YOU are making me cry now lol. let us enjoy our success, man, will you? lol. oh and by the way, we made those mistakes on purpose, otherwise it would be a PERFECT story  let's not also forget: 1. it's my first ever attempt to write something like this, and numero 2. we make mistakes (we IS human <- DON'T edit that sentence, i did it on purpose lol)

Leaving it unfinished lets the reader decide how Yulia finishes it. Maybe she jumps off a cliff. Maybe she gets ODed. It's open for interpretation, and so much more amusing that way. Hehe.

This story is dark and harsh. Resurrection would imply the implication of fantasy and magic. That would be VERY illogical.

Yulia hears something in the middle of the night. "Who can this be?" she asks herself and looks at the clock. "It's past midnight, I'm not expecting company..". She gets out of bed and opens the door to the living room. Suddenly she sees Lena stare at her, wearing a big white dress. Yulia: LENA! WTF WTF YOURE HERE! Lena: Yes, my child. I came to take your first born... I mean. helo. x_x |
