Resent State of this forum

I am so utterly confused with what has been recently happening too this forum...

Its like one mins this forum is all happy go lucky ...fill with energy..and the next its like a freakin hail storm has appeared and is rocking the boat...

can someone please fill me in on what i have missed...granted I have been here the whole time...but whats the deal with all the negativity cirrulating...

Do share...i will be here waitin...for someone to enlighten me!

All right here it is:
1. This site is a site about group t.A.T.u., neither a pure fan site nor an anti-tatu site.
2. People have the right to express their own opinions. Take it or leave it.
3. It doesn't matter wether the members are obsessed fans or obsessed bashers - as long as their statements are directed to the main subject it's fine. Starting a fight on the forum based on personal believes is prohibited by the rules.
4. The admins and mods are just normal people, with their own preferences those are trying to keep this place run logically and technically.

I feel the same way! It's like this forum is dark and full of people who's main purpous is to argue.

I am not one to blame but I think we all know who has set this pessimistic tone!

What is causing all those negative threads and posts:
1. Growing popularity of the group brought more information.
2. Cancelled shows.
3. Scandals.
4. Nonsens that is appearing both in media and on internet based on the official statements.
5. Tension between press and the group.
6. Controversy that is taken differently by different people.
7. Lack of ability of the members to carry a dicent debate without offending each other.

at this point i dont know why mods are still here and sing the same song coz things with the group aint gonna be any prittier or worse. the way the group is, it was never ment to be pritty and nice and never was, for the general public of close minded, homophobed and fearful ppl.

why hang out in the place that you grew bored off and have just tiny winy interest in by this time. if i'm tired of a song, i switch to the next one. but sometimes i'm tired temporarily and would come back to a song after a while. in which case i'm not really tired of it and i dont delete it just yet and tell all my friend that it sucks.

Long story short, the only reason this forum has not gone down the road of tatugirls.com is because of the mods. If I was not mistaken, there was some sarcasm implied by Echoed.

I rarely visit here but I think you guys have it better here than there so don't screw it up. Come on, really...

I agree, some of the mods are certainly one of the main reasons why this place gets so agressive. Aren't Tatu about honesty and free speech? Well, it's obviously not like this around here! Nearly everytime someone says something the mods don't like their message gets edited. That's not right because we have to put up from so much crap for the mods ourselves.
There's Kate B who isn't even a mod anymore but still throws her weight around as though she still is. Posts like "close this thread Echoed" or "go back onto topic, I think I have the right to say that (I am an ex-mod)" are just plain stupid! Kate, if you wanted to stay in charge you shouldn't have deleted yourself.
One thing that makes me laugh is the fact that she feels bitter because people ask her whether she's a lesbian just because she's Russian! I mean come on, are you really telling me that idiots like that really get to you?! If they do I think you need to take a good look at yourself. What's the big deal about being a lesbian? Think it's the ultimate insult being called one do you? If you think it is, then you're homophobic, FULL STOP! And that's something I really don't understand as the girls were making it VERY clear from the start that they were gay and in love with each other. Why promote something you hate so much? Well, you certainly don't promote them anymore - calling them "sluts" etc. What gives you right to judge them? You don't know anything more about them then any other well informed fan here.
Another thing that is hated (and I'm not just speaking for myself here) is all that "I've been a fan for two years so I know what I'm talking about!" I don't know how you can even call yourself a fan! You say that the girls are controlled by Ivan and don't have any say in things, if you think this is the case why promote them originally? And if you only started thinking Ivan is a monster recently, what got you thinking like this? Please don't say it was anything to do with the tabloids because we all know how much crap is in them.
I'm sorry but I absolutely detest forre. For the last couple of weeks nearly every single post has either been really sarcastic or just plainly dissing the girls. And there's all that "I met them so I know what I'm talking about crap." You met them for what? A couple of days?! And you really think you know everything about them because of that?! Get real!!! Forre used to be tolerant to different opinions, but now all the does is argue with you if she doesn't agree with you.
Then there's coolasfcuk who also thinks they're puppets on a string! Please, just tell me what evidence have you REALLY got to prove it?
My thoughts on Echoed are pretty much neutral. Just doing her job most of the time.

At least mods don't offend you personnaly. Freedom of speech doesn't mean a mess and a right to speak crap about another members. This is a serious violation of the forum's rules.

Sometimes mods are placing warnings via PM, sometimes - in the posts. Depends on what subject. If a person knows what he/she is talking about, it lies perfectly within the rules. Sometimes we don't see all the offensive posts, sometimes we do. We are fighting with the flood here and keeping it clean from spams. At least we are trying.

No artist is entitled to pure idol worshipping.
It doesn't does matter who you are or what you have accomplished, you will always get criticism.

Just on a side note, everybody has the right to voice their opinions and people have the right to voice their opposing opinions. It is called debating and it usually takes place in forums. If you want nothing but idol worshipping, then build a fansite and become a moderator.

You guys have the chops to argue for the credibility of Tatu. I don't understand why you are complaining when it comes to posters questioning them. Just argue back, there is no harm in that.

Being a mod/admin doesn't mean they know everything and have the sole authority to based things as the absolute truth. Moreover, being a mod/admin doesn't mean they have no right to express their opinions, they just have they added responsibility that comes with being a mod/admin. If you are intimidated by a mod/admin, then please don't be. Opinions are opinions, it could be biased or just way off no matter where those opinions are coming from.
Just rebut them.
