The trick really is a bit of a cheat - all the cards are different on the second page - so where you had e.g. a queen of spades on the first page, it's changed to a king of spades on the second. Oh, and there's one card fewer on the second page, of course. Because you concentrate on the card you picked, you don't really register the other cards in enough detail to realise that they're different. |
