Sounds like a Tatu song from the Dangerous and Moving era but a little bit more "human"...she could try and do something different now that she's not bound by the Tatu tag.

Not that it's bad though, it's actually pretty good, better than what I expected.

On the last day of June at the old Californian graveyard 'Mountain View Cemetery' not far from Pasadena at 5 o'clock in the morning reigned a revival unprecedented for such a place: here ex-tatu Lena Katina together with her crew filmed the debut video for the song 'Never Forget'. OK! shows an exclusive report from the shooting of this clip.

Currently Lena Katina practicall all the time lives in Los Angeles, working on her solo disc, and flies to Moscow for a few months in the year altogether. And obviously just recently to show the nostalgic fans of the group the first results of her labour. Not long before the shooting of the video Kate Turning, who made a famous promo shoot for the Britney Spears album 'Circus', photographed Lena. On the pictures of Kate Lena appeared as fallen angel, pin-up girl and boudoir beauty. Let's turn to the first clip.

"My debut single 'Never Forget' is devoted to Yulya Volkova. I remember with nostalgia our crazy concert youth. 'Never Forget' is also a tribute to our history, and the beginning of a new one, mine. As far as I know not even one artist began his solo career in such an unusual manner."

The same Volkova reacted on such a dedication, writing as answer in her micro blog at Twitter in rare kindness and moderateness compared to other statements towards Lena Katina: "Pleasant. what all the years was between us."

At the moment we can't reveal all details of the clip, we'll just drop the hint that 'Never Forget' is the sequel of the last video in the history of the legendary duet 'Snegopady', where according to the script Lena and Yulya died, deliberately crashing together on motor cycles.

As director of the new video of Lena acts James Cox, who already shot some sensational clips of tatu: 'All About Us', 'Belyj plaschik'. By the way, the shooting of 'Belyj plaschik', if you remember, took place on a waste processing plant, and it seemeed at that time that you can hardly present a more contradictory and intriguing location. But the video 'Never Forget' promises to show the contrary. The scenes of the clip were shot practically in all parts of the graveyard - from the mortuary to the church, where the farewell ceremonies take place. To stylist Lora Duncan, famous in the glamour circles, who worked with many stars of the first echelon - Dita von Teese, Christina Aguilera, Diana Kruger, Nicole Kidman - was given the demanding task to make for Lena an unreal appearance between past and future. "I like how organic the vintage dress combines with the make-up and '57 Chevy (first model of Chevrolet 1957 - rem. OK!) and how this attire blends with the mystical mood of the video." says Lena. "By the way, the make-up is the merit of my visagist Jane, who works with me already for some years. I think she knows every centimetre of my face.. She is a professional, you feel it on the tactile level.On the graveyard it was pretty hot, about 30 degrees and at such times it's important that your visagist is close ready with the casket.

The shooting of 'Never Forget' took 14 hours. On the place were more than 50 people at the same time including the extras. The symbolic 'Farewell' of the past now lies on the cutting table of Matt Miller. "I really want to see the results soon" says the singer. "The last two years we had a few concerts and festival gigs in the USA and Russia and the fans heard our new songs. But the first video is always a cornerstone. I don't have the goal to repeat our success. It will always be with me anyway. Now I just want to write songs and do what I can best in this life - sing."

Despite the sad news of Amy, I'm looking forward to Lena's video. I'm glad she got James Cox involved again.
I kind of slightly wish the video had no continuation of Snowfalls though. :| It is a cool idea, but I personally like to pretend that video didn't happen, and that it is non-canonical... not because it was depressing, but because Snowfalls wasn't a very good video to me. Plus something totally fresh, non-related to Tatu would be nice.

Brown dresses and shirts misshape the whole band - what a crime! Only Steve shows some style. With two German band members you would expect a determined refusal of such a derailment of taste.

Are you sure it's actually brown or could it just be the lighting making it seem that way? The whole picture is some odd unnatural brown/yellow-y tint. I don't think they have yellow skin in real life.
