If he is working with one of them, it would make more sense that he's working with Yulia. If he were working with Lena and the guys, I'm sure Troy would have said something about it. Besides, it seems like for Lena's project all of the work is being done among the band members.

They are not on the website: http://www.interscope.com/artists/default.aspx But I don't know if that's international. I think the info we have gotten before is that they don't have a label. Saying they are part of the Interscope family could refer to the fact that they used to be... but I really have no idea.

Also there's a band on Interscope called... LMFAO. Hahaha.

Julia Volkova came back for a week from Los Angeles, after two months there. We met with Yulia at a Moscow cafe (by the way, she looks great - the lips no more blown up and again with short hair of black and red colors) and asked her some questions.

MM: What do you do in America this summer?

J: Now I'm working on my solo project. In fact, Lena and me are now in a new era - we are both beginning to work solo. This in no way means that we are never going to work as "Tatu." We simply will for some time, let's say, not perform as often as before, and less frequently produce singles, albums.

MM: Lena is also in Los Angeles?

J: Yes. We have met most recently, by the way. Solved some issues concerning our international album which will be released in digital format, I think, in the autumn.

MM: Okay. Tell us more about your solo album!

J: Well, actually, I already have a few songs and a lot of ideas. Some of them we have tried to record.

MM: And who do you work? Who writes the songs?

J: Now I'm working with an American team, I'll collaborate with Jana Rudkovskaya, but not as a producer.

MM: Which label will be engaged in your project?

Z: In fact, they are already working (laughs). It is SONY BMG. We signed a contract in July with them to release two albums.

MM: It's interesting! So when can we expect all of this?

J: This is the secret! But, I think that in fall we will release the first single!
