Delta Goodrem: diagnosed with cancer

Any Delta fans around here? As you can imagine, the news has stunned Australia.

Delta Goodrem, the teenage Australian star of TV soap opera "Neighbours" and rising international pop singer, has been diagnosed with Hodgkins disease, her family said on Friday.

Goodrem, 18, whose debut album "Innocent Eyes" shot to the No. 2 spot in the British charts in the first week of release, is undergoing treatment in Sydney's St Vincent's hospital for the disease, which the hospital said was treatable.
