Today I announce :D
Today.. the road begins. 31th of august is the day. I started my diet today.. the evil plan is to lose 66 pounds *giggles* need your support guys. I think i can do that
 coz i lost 44 pounds last year  so my adventure begins..

Well, i was going at a rough approximation for her weight loss over 2 years.
(110 pounds)So let's see: (44+66)*0.4536=49.896kg That's one Yulia with a lot of clothes, heavy boots, and jewelry. |

Oh I see, what you mean now. The way I understood it, is that she lost 4 pounds and then gained them back and now she wants to lose it again, but this time even some pounds more.
Cause 50 Kg's in two years is a bit much isn't it?

I have some advice that was given to me.
here it is: KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. which means, only eat when you HAVE TO. Just eat the 3 times a day, and try to be balanced. Oh, and take note of Serving Sizes. I didn't change what I ate, all i did was eat less and i managed to lose about 30 pounds in 3 months. [i eventually gained 10 back, but then i lost the other 10 again in 3 weeks] |

HeHe guys..
I was 95 Kg when i was fifteen, which is really annoying.. so in 4 months i lost the 44 pounds(20 kg), then i gained only 5 kilos, so now i have to lose 30 kg to reach the normal level for my age. pretty impressive huh :P everyone envys me cause i get to be determined to lose weight and i actually do

Wow, going from 95kg to 50kg in 2 years is impressive indeed!
Incidentally my initial statement that you were trying to lose 45kg (one Yulia) was correct!

It depends what your height is. 50 kg's might be a bit too less even.
Jesus. You'd lose almost half your weight.

165cm and 50kg's is too little. 60-65 kg is ideal for you.
Of course it also depends on your body structure. |
