your love is my season....
hey guys, i would just like to dedicate a poem to someone that was really close to me that died 2 years ago today, i never had the chance to read it and say anything at her funeral and ive been scared and too embarassed to share my work with anyone, but ive had a change of heart, i hope you enjoy it... the poem is called your love is my season....
I dont know why i cry at night, Is it because your not by my side? You haunt my dreams...so i wake up screaming, Not because im frightened, But because your not their, I keep on thinking your not real, Just an uncontrolable fantasy, Your touch is the wind on my skin, Your voice is the warmth of the sun, And your eyes are the stars in the night sky, I hurt everyday and wish i could hold you again, And i wish i didnt feel your embrace all season round, In summer i feel your passion, In Autumn i feel your kiss, In Winter I feel your touch, And in Spring i feel your happiness, To me you could only be a fantasy, Someone i can only see in my dreams, Where our love is real and where our emotions are confused, Where my love is the rose, and you are the thorns, That pierces my flesh with passion, lust and emotion, I hate it when it rains, and when night falls, Not because of the darkness and lonliness, But because the darkest days were my happiest because i was with you, You were the thorns of my love, You protected me and kept me safe, You whispered your words to me and i was alive, But now i am dead.... You were more then my rose, You were more then my sun, You were my whole world, You...were my seasons, But tonight i will release you from the darkness, Tonight i will say farwell, Farwell my love for tonight you will be in my arms one last time, Farwell my love for tonight we share our last embrace, Farwell my love for tonight we say goodbye.... i will always remember you, and crave your smile, the tears i shed will be for you and only you, i wish we had the time to tell one another how we felt for eachother, and i will never regret the time we spent together, what we had will never leave me, you changed me and took me away from the darkness, i am no longer lonely, and i am forever in your debt.... ive never said how i felt for a person before, so now i would like to say that i love you and our friendship will always be ever lasting... I love you Amanda -Aimee- thanks guys for creating this forum, because i would of never shared this with anyone, thanks for given me the strength to say goodbye to her properly...hehehe i still have some stories we wrote together about tatu, ill share them later if your interested....thanks again

Thats really good. Sorry to hear about your friend, it's always tough to lose someone close to you... even harder to talk about it. This poem's real purdy, I liked it -^__^- Take care *hugs*
