I don't see what the big deal is. "Mothers lock up you daughters" is a figure of speech, not to be taken literally. Basically the article is saying that the girls in tatu are kinda 'naughty'. No big deal. I'm assuming the person who originally started this topic just misunderstood the quote in the article. I'm assuming most mothers don't lock up their daughters... at least I hope not!
