Need help on a Mexican website.

I have received a tracking number for a parcel from Mexico that hasn't turned up. Unfortunately the site is all in Mexican so I have no idea what I'm doing. The website is http://www.sepomex.gob.mx and the tracking number is SPM-318. If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it!

im working on that, unfornately.. when i put the tracking number, i get an error "Put a correct guide number"

Strange thing, much too short number to track a parcel. When I search for an EMS-parcel I have to fill in a reference code like that: XX nnn nnn nnn YY. (XX being letters, n - numbers, YY - country code, in this case MX).
If I'm talking rubbish, just ignore. Good luck!

ohhh.. i´m MeXican.. Rachel ,yes, your guide number is wrong..

I send a message to the "page center help". For they say me if the number is wrong or what?.. they promise me send me the information later..

And Yes istme22, the mexican is not a lenguaje.. We speak Spanish .
