Oooo...my curiousity is *really* high right now on what that message meant and what they're going to do now. Just as a side note...wow...I didn't realize it's been 19 chapters already! This is *such* a good fic!! I hope we see many chapters to come!

Nice chapter. Poor Lena/Katina though. I'm sure the two personalities will be able to combine into one, with the help of Yulia Volkova of course.
And it's sweet to see Yulia comforting Lena. Can't wait for the next chapter!

Good chapter Parrish! But something bothers me. You all talk about Lena`s two personalities. It is a strong word, personality. I don`t think Lena has 2 personalities, but only 1 personality and 2 different "roles", cos if she had 2 personalities she could not change from one personality to the other so easily or control them so easily or not at all control them by herself just like that. IMO if a person have 2 personalities she/he has a serious illness or disorder. But you can have multi-storey personality when there are different kinds of "roles" which are chancing depending on the prevailing situation and you can control them by yourself. Or something like that

I knew this would cause debate eventually.
Persona, not personality. A persona is the public role a person assumes or is perceived to assume. A thin line of difference, I admit. Can you tell that the novel I'm working on has a character with multiple personalities? Perhaps it's bleeding over into my other writing. But I never meant to imply that *this* character had multiple personalites. There are parts of Lena's past that she wants to separate herself from. Like many people that have gone through traumatic experiences, she's disassociating herself from it. And Guerra's coming back into their lives has her afraid that she'll have to go back to the life she wants to cut herself off from. Parrish |
