i never am..

3. Switch off your phone from time to time.
i dont have celly..

4. Everything doesn't need to go fast.
ive always liked going nice n slow

5. Shut down your computer.

6. Take a walk in the sun or in the rain.
i wish i had the time for that..i can sit and watch the rain though

7. Appreciate common tings.
always..like when the trees are a firey shade of pink, red, orange and yellow..

8. Take your time to learn the art of just being.

9. You have the right not to be useful and productive all the time.
its not like i was useful or productive to begin with

10. Treat yourself with a few hours of doing nothing or something for yourself.
LOL thats my main occupation if it isnt evident enough

thought this fits ok here...

was listening to the radio whlie driving to work today... they were talking about stress...in America that is. A recent survey showed that 8 out of 10 people dont like their job and want to quit!!!! isnt that a lot....yeah survery also showed that americans are really stressed, overworked...etc....most of the people work over time at their jobs, more than 40 hours a week!
pffffffffffft.... meet me... I am one of those 8 people... I want to quiiiiiiiit ... I want to go back to school and be a student...not that it isnt stressfull, but at least it is more 'pleasant' stress!

Well .. I shut-down my home computer this morning before leaving to work. As I drive ..I don't know what am I going to do tonight. Maybe I handwrites letters

Darje , when people get retired they often are busier than they were while working, that is if they still are in good condition. Don`t know about the stress though but a person can have a stress even if he`s not working.

If someone could kill school, I think I would be less stressed. And have an actual life.

For now, I'll just have to deal with pondering death every time I'm on the bus going downtown, when it goes over the water. I mean... I'm small enough to fit through the bus window. :P

Echoed - i live about a 12 minute walk from my classes, 18 if it's cold and i'm lazy...every day i feel the urge for something to fall on me unexpectedly. like a beetle, or a yacht. cause then, i wouldnt have to go to class!! w00t. it hasnt happened yet. i'm still fully functional. :P


lately i just go somewhere in a library and do anything but study it's rather nice to sit in quietness and .. uh..read..

It takes me two hours to get to school. Two to get back. Then there's travelling (one hour) to the school were I intern. Then, I intern. So, I have school. Then. Internship. And then I find time to eat. And sleep for maybe two hours, and then, I'm back at school. x_x

My life sux0rz right now. Lol.

BUT THIS IS OKAY. It's not that bad. I'm just whining. ^_^'

Well I haven't turn on the computer yet, it was a rushing drive home yesterday evening only to fine myself sitting at the same chair looking at ceiling. Then blow the dust on the TV, then when I was about to shower.. I bend my head little to the left and right.. realising how good it is the feel of my hair wiping softly my back .. then I look in the mirror... my eyes looks different from before .. then later I figured out that ... Jessica Alba is prettier than my ex ..

I figured out the answer to the above question too... they are the cellphone where you take and send pictures...and record the sound... because it sure gonna be fun .. and the von ducth belt buckle the price is US$995

i like to commute actually because i hate walking, especially as a mode of transport in the winter. when the snow comes [as it did today] heavily, i'll be weeping on the way. commutes really calm me down. i like being in moving things, soothes the nerves for some reason.


ps. i hate college. studying, being committed to the same damn institution isnt for me. there's no way of de-stressing successfully unless it includes 8+ of sleep, s3x, or substances. but i'm finding ways around that....

As I've mentioned, I soothe myself by imagining myself jump out of the window of a moving bus, into the frigid water and DYING THERE. :P
