is "molitva" a plague?

my friend and i noticed a huge similarity (intentional or not, i don't know) with serbian winning eurovision song "molitva" (sung by marija serifovic) and "black and silver" (a song by a german bend xandria, released on album "india" in 2005))

i mean, only the part on the beggining of the refrain is similar, but still.. o_O
