What does "Four to the Floor" refer to?
I really like the new Starsailor song "Four to the Floor" but I am puzzled by the title. Does anyone know what it means or refers to?

I think it has something to do with the timing and beat of the music. Like it's in 4/4 time or something.
To be honest I'm not entirely sure. I've heard the term used in connection with dance music on numerous occasions but since I'm not into that style of music I've never found out for sure what it really meant. |

yeah, it's timing of the beat. Common in dance music - the regular beat-beat-beat-beat pattern.
