Need help with viewing Cyrillic file names.

So I know this one ftp which has lots of russian mp3s.
But I can't view the file nor directory names! And its not just problem with the ftp software.
After I managed to recognize some of them, which had english named tracks and stuff, and downloaded those, even windows don't show the directory nor file names right.

And same thing with Winamp, the ID tags are in Russian, so they are just the same as the filenames, not showing right.

I really want to get these to work.

My Windows is W2000, and I have Russian support installed.

its the encoding on the pc i have the same problem but i dont know how to change the encoding

I got it working some time ago.
If you have w2k, go to Control Panel, Regional Settings, and set Cyrillic as default.
