Crash ,, he he quite a long time since it was released, But it wasn't really appealing to me,,, one friend lend it to me and asked me to watch it,, and I loved that movie,, almost made me cry in several scenes,, what i love is that even with such tittle,, there's no brutal deaths on it.... big movie.

I finally got to watch the first half of Breaking The Waves - I know it's an old film but we were almost certain to watch it at the London Film Festival when it came out in 1996. Only that my friend changed his mind in the last minute and we watched some garbage instead.
Judging from the first half, it's got an unbelievable performance by Emily Watson and it's all doom and gloom quirkiness ( Lars trademark ). Will watch the conclusion tomorrow.
I've seen some amazing and unique films by this director ( Dancer in the Dark, Dogville, Breaking the Waves ) but Manderlay was a bit weak in my opinion. Hope Wasington will be better. Having Nicole Kidman back will be a tremendous asset for the film.

Christina? A poor actress Winona Ryder? sorry I just had to say that, after Winona was not that hot with her shoplifting and all, Christina was picked by Tim Burton and others to be her successor. Only that she's not as good, sorry!
Anybody who haven't seen Batman Begins go and rent it. It's the best Batman movie and a superb action flick with a great cast. And having a GOOD, methodical actor like Christian Bale play Batman is a plus, not to mention the director ( of Memento of all films ) and the supporting cast: Sir Mr Caine, Liam Nisson, Gary Oldman etc. They also made this thing based in reality - which is great.

lars von trier is a strange man - i suppose sad little people like him have a lot to say and he chooses to do so artistically.. personally i'm not a fan, but that may just come down to me being danish and alas being fed up with him

Yeah he's bonkers or whatever that doesn't mean he's not talented. He's an extremely talented director who is using some unique ideas in directing. We're judging the work here , not the individual.

lol ull see him, dont worry.

my summer of love, been wanting to see this movie for a while, since i missed it last year on motovun festival. i heard some good and some bad reviews, im def with the good ones after watching it. unlike most gay movies, it isnt based on "oh am i gay, they're gay lets beat them" and similar stuff, so i would call it a gay movie at all. its a well done movie with so much more than that and i particulary love that they didnt question their straightness/gayness and just took everything naturally (even tho one of the charaters is from a narrow minded small town). i wont talk to much bout it, not to spoil it for those who havent seen it yet and yeah u should def see it!

one of the actresses was sooo familiar all along, later i read she was the assistant in devil wears prada. lol

Ripley's Game: Haha, we saw this at school. I like! Especially the weird main character who is a freaky man with no conscience. The ending was good until suddenly you realize it's not the end, and there is this huge scene that makes the ending crappy. But a good film nontheless. I would even see it again if I could.
