Yes, after weeks the songs is still in the chart in the number 9 in the same radio where Lena release it.

It looks really nice!
I wonder if the beginning music in that trailer will be part of the full/album version of Never Forget. Sounds cool and kinda has a classic tatu sound (I used to always associate tatu with cool sounding intros) The trailer has too many clips of snowfalls for my liking... but at least they chose the best shots and the ones that looked the least fake from snowfalls.  It is a teaser/trailer after all. Although I hope the actual video won't have many clips of snowfalls, or any at all (maybe an allusion in the beginning, but that's it)I guess it is some sort of last good bye to tatu, but I really do want to see them totally move on. ... even if Lena still is Renski's puppet. I sense some weird pageant mom vibe from Renski, and Lena is like the pageant daughter and he wants Lena to live his dream  Honestly, before I heard James Cox was directing, I was scared it was going to be some sort of cheap home made looking music video... thankfully not the case! |

Thanks for the news!
Well. I did not exactly expect the premiere of her "Never Forget You" video to be on Perez Hilton... but at least we got to see it earlier than I thought! It was a nice music video. It was also weird. It had pretty shots and an interesting concept even if it's mainly Lena twirling around in slow motion. I just wish it wasn't so short yet at the same time the scenes dragged on for so much with the slow speed effect. My standards for anything tatu related is really low nowadays so I was pretty satisfied with it. I wonder how Yulia feels about her lookalike portrayed corpse.

I do find the ending of the video a bit cheesy... I guess it'd be nicer if it ended with Lenka walking into the light! Also, I missed closeup shots of her face.
Still, it's a great video! I really like it, it's classy and interesting. Unexpected way to begin your solo work, indeed! Yulia's dead body was also amazing, I love the abscence of overgrown lips!!! aaaaaaaand the song is also neat, really grows on you.You go, Lenka! |
