The latest act of desperation of VIA Gra is out, the video clip for the rumpus "Amerikanskaya zhena", a cover from some group called "Kolibri" or "Penguin" or "Turkey" or whatever...
Here's a Youtube link for this, and for those who at least want to have a good look on the girls, which is the only thing worth in the video, then go to Viagroup's media site - right click on "Скачать" and save it to your disk.The triple disc is meanwhile available at the online stores like ozon.ru, who have already reduced the price from 458 to 412 rubles, or music for you, who didn't even bother to secure themselves a picture of the cover, for 368 rubles. Guru Ken from newsmusic.ru gave the product a 9 out of 10 in his review. Maybe this dust collector will sell better with his help. |

The situatation in the group VIA Gra seems to get more and more rocky. The producers of the group have definitely bad luck with their girls, one and the same line-up of the group never held longer than about 16 months. Now, 9 months after the last change the media get wind of possibly the next one.
It's no secret that lead-singer Al'bina never was happy with the engagement of Tat'yana, the last acquirement of the group, whereas Meseda immediately became good friends with her. The dark-haired participant, no less talented as singer and dancer than Al'bina, has fought for equal status almost from the beginning of her engagement, in vain. It didn't help her either that she became producer Kostyuk's mistress and so the new one from the same city where she studied and lived was very welcome, another ally against the boss bitch Al'bina. Tat'yana didn't wait long to claim the central role in the trio, as ex-Miss Russia she was accustomed to bear the crown, despite the fact that she neither can really sing nor has the experience to lead the group. Fans tell about regular collisions of the two of them on smaller stages - life.ru has a video proof of such 'accidents' - and Al'bina claims her own make-up room, seperate from the other two. The musicians report that they don't speak with each other apart from their job, and even if they do, they immediately begin to fight. Even at the New Year's party on TV (at RTR) she placed a buffer zone between herself and the other two for the whole night, the Ukrainian singer Valerij Leont'ev. No wonder that the journalists already begin to count the days for the group to split up. VIA Gra had a New Year's visit in Rostov, where Tat'yana was born and brought up and Meseda studied, and of course the reporter first of all asked about the situation in the group. 2 brunettes in the group - Its to much! Meceda Bagaudinova has been dismissed from group VIA GRA/NU VIRGOS.
The Singer has commented in "Komsomoke" about the unexpected dismissal. Despite the resignation (for thoughs who dont know Meceda has been dismissed from the group and Nadya Granovskaya the official founder member of VIA GRA has returned) Spectacular brunette Meceda Thankfully does not fall into depression and lower her hands. In an Exclusive conversation from (KR) the girl behaved very adequately and confident. Yes girls have plans like napoleon had...They think that the dawn always begins after the sunset and that they are ready to go to the music olympics. - Meceda, was the decision from the producers a suprise for you? - It was more like unexpectedness. - How do you think? do you think "Why has Granovskaya (nadya) taken your place, instead of one of the other members of the group? - Because in due time i had taken Nadya's place. In the group there has always been a Blonde, a Brunette and a Red/light brown haired woman. We, me and nadya are both brunette therefore we cant be in the group Together. Nadya, Undoubtedly, was introduced to the group at the very beginning of existance of "VIA GRA", this should be respected. She is a worthy person who fits the position, therefore i have nothing against her return, i can only be glad. Each person should have a place, my place is in a solo project. - Probably, you already had time to make friends with the girls.... - I leave the group with a light heart, Because i believe everything happens for the best. Since i was little i dreamed about this scene, and i will in any event continue my career as a singer, This is my calling. The returning of Nadya Granovskaya is only a push for me, Its time to move on. I see myself as a solo singer, I want to report my emotions and feelings from the scene, to have the capability to valuably use my vocal data. Working in the group give valuable experience to me, which is necessary for the next step, Which is mandatory for me to make. but the girls, I certainly shall miss them it is sad for me to leave them, but indeed life does not stand in one spot... - Was it possible for you to preserve a good relationship with the producers? - Certainly, I greatly respect them, They are not just talented, but also worthy, considerable people. I am grateful to them for everything: For the faith in me, for the priceless experience. - But, if Nadya decided to leave the group and they called you up to ask you to come back - would you return? - I think, that up to that moment, when this can happen, I would have already achieved the success of a solo career! In any event my life will be connected with creativity. Undoubtedly, Its a pity that i am leaving VIA GRA. For me it was a very important vital period, I have understood the laws of show business...But each stage has a logical ending, and the given stage is now complete. I have taken from it all that is necessary <<never say never>>. but to take a step back is not in my rules. Very recently, after arriving home from a concert, I was asked a question: Is one ready, independently to begin the storm wall of show business. Thanks Steve for the article. That's really a surprise (two days after I read somewhere that Nadya is pregnant!
). You can hardly believe that the girl, who seemed to get along with everybody and is artistically probably the most talented member, has to go, just because a girl, who left the group two times, wants to come back. In a group where the newcomer and the oldie have made such enemies, that they hardly speak with each other, you would expect other decisions.If anything makes sense, then Meseda and her intrigues became unbearable for the group, even more than the war between Al'bina and Tanya. Obviously it wasn't such a good idea to destroy the producer's marriage and make group politics in his bed. If we believe Valerij Meladze's words, it was a very recent decision, so no chance for Meseda to prepare a solo career. It will be interesting to see if the producers support her on her way, as reported by media. For the group the decision can't be really satisfying. Nadya never liked her position as the number 2 in the group and she won't like it now either, just Al'bina's position being much stronger than three years ago. And Barbi, fighting for number one position for half a year, is now number three with no realistic option for change for the better. Quite a defeat for our beauty princess! Al'bina was right when she said that the two girls from Rostov would be soaked in cold water. Anyway, the situation now will not stop the decline of the once best group of the whole east. |
