Finnland reminds me of early Alice Cooper. That's pretty refreshing for such a kitch-fest. Within the rock community they'd sound incredibly tacky, but in this crowd they look like rock icons.

Yeah, exactly, that's why I don't like them, we've heard this stuff so many times before. Though, in the Eurovision circles people are going "wow! how cool!"

I'm gonna have to watch it, just to see Finland if nothing else. They're definitely gonna stand out and I want to see how well they actually do. I really can't take them seriously though

semi final artists started to gather in Athens.in a three days time they will do rehearsals and the excitement will begin.you can watch the rehearsals in eurovisions official page.

the first rehearsal ended today and all semi finalists have got thier feet on the stage.you can watch our first rehearsal from here(fully),can i get your comments people?

It does nothing for me. The singing is fine and the act is a bit messy. It can do well though.

in which parts?even though i didnt like the song that much before,i like the performance of Sibel Tüzün(the woman in my avatar) and she did it very well for the first performance.in the oriental part,they make a star sign with their bodies.you can see it more clearly
here,i think its a very cool idea,the theme is that everyone is a superstar for their beloved ones or something like that.

severina's live performance is not that impressive.her dances are some kind of amateur in my opinion hope she gets better at this

if someone is real entertainer on stage thats her for sure, shes born on stage and wont chicken out. she doesnt actually dance when singing stikla just shows her high heel=stikla, dont know where u saw her dancing

All parts, it was my overall impression. I'm not going to argue on this. The dress rehearsal is ahead. Costumes can improve the act.

yeah youre right olga.the ones who saw the swedish rehearsal were amazed by the show and performance.i didnt see that but she is wearing the same blue dress in the final.

Not exactly, she was wearing white trousers and white top at the rehearsal. The blue one is much better to my opinion.

she first appears in that blue dress then changes it i think.the second rehearsals got started and i saw the armenian rehearsal,i dont think it will qualify easily.the voice can not be heard clearly and the string thing is sort of a copy of winner sertab in 2003.

Armenia? I have no idea. I think it won't be so easy to qualify. Then, Turkey. I think it will qualify without major problems if they won't be too nervous to blow the act.
