I've seen like...teasing before, but some of these guys are completely nude! They actually agreed to pose for this? How old do you have to be to buy these in France?

Some of these men are in very..."akward" positions with each other? Is the rugby team full of gay men or was it just staged for the shoot?

Yeah, the team does it every year, they started posing nude several years ago (late 90s maybe), each man only shows what he's comfortable with, but most of them are comfortable showing a lot (with bodies like theirs, they have nothing to be ashamed of, lol).

There's no age limit as far as i know, it's considered artistic nude and that can be bought by anyone.
In France (and Europe generally) as long as there's no sex acts, nudity is ok, you can see nudity on prime time TV, in adverts, in music videos, etc.

The calendar can be freely bought on Fnac and Amazon, there's also a Making-of DVD.

I'm not aware that any of them are gay, the shoot is of course staged by a professional nude photographer, the artistic theme is a reference to the ancient greek athletes who used to compete naked, hence the title "Les Dieux du Stade" (Gods of the Stadium) written in ancient Latin script.

Rugbymen probably have the best bodies in the sports world, and those guys are nearly indestructible, they can take incredible shocks in a rugby match and simply get up and walk away like nothing happened, a big difference when you compare to footballers who roll around screaming on the ground like little girls at the slightest touch, lol.

I guess some of them are gay but I bet most of them are straight (even married and fathers of kids, maybe not in the new one I don't know I need to study it )
