I never get my attention on her surprised attitude, it's not like I know her so well ... just saw her a few times and know that she can play very well (she's #2 after all lol)
anyway, that's true she's annoying, always screaming while playing. I don't get it.
this match will be interesting for sure because the girls are obviously good players and the audience will play an important part on their behaviors ... good luck Maria if the audience is against you lol
they're human after all, I'm sure they're disappointed when the audience is booing against them

Yeah, I agree Sharapova is a cheat and don't have decent game on clay. Ana "Ivanisevic" will hopefully smash her way into the final, the only problem is her lack of experience, so fingers crossed.
As for the other semi, Jankovic always comes closer vs Henin, she's got the game to beat her but Henin somehow always wins.
Not only ALL 5 games between each other have gone to 3 sets, Jankovic has been unbelievable chances to close them and has even lost match points in some of them. Jankovic in general has an excellent game but a serious mental problemin closing matches. What she needs is the one match where she will break through. Not sure if it's gonna happen tomorrow though.

As for the mens semis, no contest, both Novak and Kolya are great players but they have certain weaknesses. Rafa and Feds will be all over them like vultures.

So in the mens we;ll get our anticipated final I reckon - which for me is 50-50 this time, 55-45 Nadal tops - but in womesn we might in for surprises.

I have a feeling that Ivanovic will beat Sharapova tomorrow. Pity, I can't see it live. The street price of the tix for tomorrow for the upper section is 150?. I don't think it worth it. The only girl I miss in my pic collection among those top is actually Sharapova. Nevertheless, I caught a cold with all this Roland Garros visits and I can give my ticket for free to anyone who is in Paris tomorrow. That's for all courts except the Centre one. At least I'll watch Sharapova on TV tomorrow.

Gosh! I was very close to predict Nadal-Moya today. The same old game at Roland Garros, where you got to name the winner, number of sets and number of games. I missed the last one by 1. Rats!!! Ok, I got a key ring anyway and if I predicted correctly, I'd have a RG cap. I don't use them, so be it. I'm old now, I use hats. He-he.

Oh yes, I saw legends playing today. Mamma-Mia, it was soooooooo funny. They are hilarious and Bahrami at his age still holds the serve at 207 km/h. Speak of a man! He's highly entertaining too. The whole Susan Lenglen was almost crying out of laugh at his gimmicks.

Today matches:
Andreev/Djokovic - as I thought. Djokovic is just hell of a player. Nadal should be concearned.
Moya/Nadal - I think Nadal was warming up first 3 games. The man is playing some kind of unbelievable tennis.

Pics:
VIP guests
They actually play this too (I have no idea how they do it. Respect.)

Yeah I saw her vs gutsy court specialists Medina Garringuez and Kuznetsova, didn't lose her cool even after she lost the 2nd sets.
She's really strong mentally in this tournament, playing like a robot there. And her serve and forehands are sooo good

That's why I thought she'd beat mental case Sharapova - glad it's happened so easy.
Now we see if Jankovic can also do vs Henin. That would be a much more difficult match

The well established Swiss Fedbank offers 18% interest tomorrow if you invest your money in its branch for about 2.5 - 3 hours the most.

Also a Spanish bank, Rafabank offers 10% for the same duration.

Finally a Belgian organisation - the Justine Henin trust - formely known as Hardenne sa - offers a whooping 25% interest with all new accounts if you keep your money on a safe deposit box this coming Saturday afternoon.

All offers subject to change - limited availability.
Please refer to your local bookie For more information...

My thoughts on today's matches:

Federer/Davydenko - there will be a match. I don't think Roger can afford loosing concentration in here. I'd say 4 sets. Federer should win.

Nadal/Djokovic - Nadal is going to warm up a bit but then 3 straight sets. Nadal is a way too strong for anyone to beat him.

I'm off shooting juniors and legends today. I'll take a glance at the main Roland Garros screen but not so much. A pity. You got to fill me in. spyretto, are you going to watch to tell me later?

I'm so happy for Serbian tennisers, and for their success.
I hope Ana Ivanović is going to win in the match, I don't like that other biatch XD
Jelena Janković is great tenniser, but I don't know why she was playing pretty bad yestreday. It was so not like here...

Anyway... I also hope Đoković is going to win.
Zimović lost yesterday, in semi finals..

Well, I came home when Federer was 5-4 in the 1st set and missed the bit where Davydenko was 4-2 up and basically blew it. He lost the first set 7-5.
The second has a sense of inevitability, Federer has minimised his unforced errors and playing very well. Nikolai is hanging on though. If Nadal gets in trouble with Djokovic later expect Feds to be firing at all cylinders in the final. This is his HUGE chance for Feds to win the Roland Garros.

Davydenko had yet another chance to win the second set, he was serving for it and blew it again!

I caught one set of Fedya/Davydenko. Yep, there was a battle. After I was off to watch Juniors. So much fun, actually. In a couple of years, they'll be in the league.

Then I watched the whole Nadal/Djokovic. Yes, he is hell of a player. He's going to beat Nadal in a year or so. A great talent and a funny guy. Nadal looks like an angry hamster if to compare to Djokovic.

Ladies are tomorrow. Any thoughts?

there's no word to describe how much I love Djokovic

Nadal is getting on my nerve, not a smile, not a joke ... nothing ... it's all for the victory
I can understand but he seriously has to chill a lil' bit

about the ladies : I think Henin will do it
advantage to her experience

There was a press conference last night and Nadal was asked why he never smiles. He answered that they are here to play tennis and not to smile. Hmm... Well, I hope Feds takes it this year. At least Feds can throw a smile. It's a big show after all.
