If they choose that image, why do they take themselves so serious? I'd expect them more like "We are a bit nuts. Is that ok with you?"
Offtop:
The weirdie of the EF interview for me were the google ads embedded. Don't know what you have there, but there was one "belching and farting in 3D", when I watched. Censoring the most well-behaved videos, and then grubby ads.
