I got a few ideas while I was washing dishes. (Things I think about, Lol.)
When we are going to nominate people for the category, I think that if you are nominating a person you should say why s/he is suitable and deserves the award.
For example, if I am nominating
Echoed for
Best Female Performance on TatySite.net Forum, I'll will write
coolasfcuk (who is collecting the nominations) the following PM.

Subject: Best Female Performance on TatySite.net Forum.
PM: Nominee: Echoed.
Reason: Echoed always manages to calm people down during the fight in a way that no one gets hurt. She is always fair in her decisions. She is also funny etc.
------------
This way, when echoed is listed as one of the nominees in the actual poll for the award, there will be a description to why she deserves the award.
Please, feel free to nominate yourself, too, when the time for nominations comes.
