According to his bio, he's a performance coach as well as a master voice technician, studio vocal producer, musician, speech therapist and communication expert.
I'm not entirely familiar with him so I don't know whether he's great or whatever, but in any case, I think it's great that Lena is working with someone who can possibly help her sing better in English.
