Basically just that they are buying those CDs because that's what they hear about on TV and in the news. This list has a lot of Europeans that would be lower on the list if anywhere at all in America, and vice versa I'm sure.
If I only got music from Americans who were on MTV and VH1, I wouldn't have half the music that I do. People need to broaden their horizons and do some research.
