Besides Jon Schaffer you also have Lex Icon (The Kovenant) and Byron (Bal-Sagoth). Extremely good lyricists... people just haven't the ability to enjoy and cherish their skills because of their heavy/extreme choice of music - which is what their lyrics fit the most of course
