Sorry, that's not an option. I can only from VP7 to another codec. Wouldn't make much sense anyways, because VP7 isn't really compatible with mpeg4.
I transcoded the video part into mpeg4 pt.2 (=ASP) codec, the audio into mpeg4 pt.3 (=AAC), and the container format is mpeg4 pt.14 (= .mp4 file). More mpeg4 isn't possible, I guess. If your device doesn't swallow it, feel free to tell me.
