I think the MTV performace was absolutely spectacular. It's amazing to see her stage presence - it shows she's been the master of the stages for +20 years. However... I'm having second thoughts about this new album as a whole - Madonna's always been about originality and breaking new ground. For her to nick samples out of other songs it just negates what she stands for, IMO. I don't mind taking her the A Man After Midnight sample for Hung Up - I can even admit it's very appealing and tastefully done - but a whole album? Hmmm...
