Or perhaps install one of the free one. I used avast for a while.
www.avast.com - free for home use. But it's not the best antivirus program out there. I use norton myself. Also tried mcafee (<-spelling?) and panda. I like Norton the best though.
Since I have a hotmail as my regular mail that one is scanned twice. Mcafee is already installed by Microsoft, and then norton will scan it too when the mail gets to outlook express. Pretty safe I hope
