teeny said, there is now a Forum of Russian Music, each Russian artist has their own thread and all informations or files regarding that artist must be posted in their respective threads.
At the top of the Forum of Russian Music, there is a sticky thread with a list of all Russian artists who have a thread, it's a fast and easy way to find the thread you're looking for (even if you're lazy).
Posting about an artist outside their own thread is not allowed, i'll move or delete (if it's a double post) any post made in a wrong thread.
