Well, Lena has always seemed to me to be very private and even reluctant when she did participate in a photoshoot where she had to "revealing". This is one of the few that I have seen her where she seems comfortable in her own skin and having fun at the same time. What she did was the *ultimate* tease to her fans and she knows it.
