I think TEMA sound childish because they meant to be childish .. I mean those are purposely .. and I think they have thier own target area.
Nato .. is "art of humanity" .. so not many people would understand or even appreciate that.. I mean its art .. it something like ..umm .. something that look rediculus .. but ..you suppose to hang it on the wall of exhibition hall .. and stand still and stare at it... stare for a long time .. until you reach to your own conclusion .. then you feel satisfied to yourself .. even in the end all you could find is the "pathetic" word for it .. still its there for your own conclusion.. judgement .. your conclusion came within yourself .. its what you are..
