Oops, i just noticed those posts and i thought i would give some additional information because there seem to be a misunderstanding here.
SnegIdot has "Rep Power: 0", so he/she can't give or remove any reputation points to anyone. When someone with 0 Rep Power click on the green cross of a post and gives or removes rep points to a poster, it will have no effect and will appear with a 'grey stone' in the poster's control panel, the color grey meaning that it's neutral and doesn't do anything.
