Thanks for that, It reminded me a little of Eninem with Dido...I remember MC Solaar from the European MTV back in the late 80's early 90's when they used to show all the French stuff, Mylene Farmer, Etienne Daho, Mano Negra etc.Though I never saw Noir Desir back then. Since then I'm in the dark as to what is going on in the scene - some music I came across lately ( Zazie, Lara Fabian etc, but they didn't quite rock my world. )
As for the newest stuff, I don't have the slightest clue.
Maybe you'd like to keep this thread alive then?
