Here's a topic about it on some forum. It's in Swedish though.
The user has tried anti-virus programs etc. but nothing helps. Here's what they're telling you to do:
First the user gave some Google search results:

Then, to download
some patch ("Buffer Overrun In RPC Interface Could Allow Code Execution (823980)")
The second user says you should scan your computer with HijackThis and select these lines:
O16 - DPF: {97B79133-88F0-45F0-8D57-0F2EF27D9C66} -
http://85.255.114.166/1/rdgSE2405.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winhdn32 - winhdn32.dll (file missing)
then end all other programs and press "Fix selected" and restart.
(It looks weird to me but I just copied + pasted...)
