i do. i even listened to MCR, but they just weren't my cup of tea and i'm quite positive the other ones won't be either. you can't make one person like what you like simply because - oh the cliche - we have different tastes and we can't choose what to like or not. no offence here, but for me a guy screaming over some heavy guitar riffs just doesn't do the job, mainly because i can't understand what he screams (the lyrics). of course, i looked on the internet and words which involve blood, violence and a high dose of depression aren't to my liking. i prefer nice melodies with sensitive lyrics and Robbie Williams, for example, happens to have what i'm looking for. and i don't hate artists and bands or quit liking them just because they are or went mainstream.
